Gemini AS-2108P Active Speaker 8"

When you need real PA sound without hauling a truckload of gear, the Gemini Sound AS-2108P does the job. It's a lightweight, self-powered 8" speaker with enough inputs to handle a mic, a guitar, and a backing track at the same time, built for small gigs, classrooms, houses of worship, and anywhere you need clear sound in a hurry. At 11 lbs with a top handle, it travels as easily as it sets up.

Key features

• Real PA sound in a small package. An 8" woofer and a dedicated high-frequency driver give you clear vocals and surprising low end for something this size. Enough volume to cover a classroom, a small room, or a patio gig.
• Plug in almost anything. Two channels with their own gain knobs let you run a mic and an instrument at once. XLR, 1/4", RCA, and 1/8" aux inputs cover whatever cable you happen to have in the bag.
• Tune it to the room. Onboard bass and treble controls let you shape the sound for whatever space you're in. A clip LED tells you when you're pushing it too hard so you don't cook the amp.
• Easy to move, easy to mount. Top handle for one-hand carrying, a 35mm pole socket for stand mounting, and an M8 fly point if you need to hang it. Works on a stick, on a stand, or on the floor as a monitor.
• Built to take a beating. The impact-resistant ABS cabinet shrugs off the bumps and bangs that come with load-in and load-out. This is gear meant for working gigs, not just sitting in a studio.
